Specifically, Mr Pretorius has been involved in the design of the original Fairbreeze Mine for the present TRONOX KZN Sands, and is currently involved in the detail design project for the new Fairbreeze Mine. He also has substantial experience on the storm water and rehabilitation projects at the Hillendale Mine (TRONOX KZN Sands).

Mr Minnaar has been involved in the KZN mineral sands since the inception as ISCOR Heavy Minerals since 2000, and is currently involved in the design of the Fairbreeze mine for TRONOX KZN Sands.
